Each year for the busy periods of seeding and harvest we require additional staff.  It's a great experience, you meet new people plus you learn life-long skills that set you up for employment in similar industries anywhere in the world.  The hours can be long but we look after you with accommodation on farm and most meals supplied when working.

CURRENT EMPLOYMENT VACANCIES

HEADER OPERATOR-HARVEST 2026-CASUAL

We are currently seeking one experienced header operator with a genuine interest in agriculture to join our team for the 2026 harvest season. 


Live and work near the beautiful coastal town of Esperance, located just 30 minutes from our property.


Job Details

  • Position Start Date: 26th October 2026
  • Duration:Until the end of harvest (approximately mid-late December)


Key Responsibilities

  • Harvest Operations: You will be primarily operating a NH CR10.90 header with 12m front
  • General Farm Work: Assist with various tasks around the farm as needed.
  • Machine Maintenance: Conduct daily maintenance on the machines you are operating


Qualifications and Skills

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

  • Safety Commitment: Adherence to safe work practices is crucial.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Machinery Experience: Prior experience in operating farm machinery is essential, preferably cropping
  • Mechanical Skills: Required to complete daily maintenance as shown 
  • Communication:Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Physical Fitness: Must be able to perform all physical aspects of the job.
  • Technologically Savvy: Comfortable using technology such as autosteer and apps in daily tasks
  • Driver's License: A current ‘C’ class (manual) driver’s license is minimum; HR license preferred

COOK-HARVEST 2026-CASUAL


We are currently seeking a harvest cook to join our team for the 2026 harvest season.


Live and work near the beautiful coastal town of Esperance, located just 30 minutes from our property.


Job Details

  • Position Start Date: 26th October 2026
  • Duration:Until the end of harvest (approximately mid-late December)
  • Work hours: As a guide, start approximately 8am until around noon, then a break most days until around 3-4pm, finishing around 6-30pm. Hours will vary depending on work available and harvest operations, when they have time off, you will also. There is some flexibility with hours providing the core work is getting done.


Key Responsibilities

  • Cooking: Working independently, you will be responsible for preparing nutritious and tasty lunches, dinners and snacks for 6-8 including yourself and delivering them, as required, to wherever the harvest crew are working. 
  • Managing meal planning, catering supplies and food shopping lists: Guidance will be available
  • Keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and organised
  • Other light household duties such as watering/gardening, as required, if that is of interest to you
  • General Farm Work: Assist with various tasks around the farm as needed such as helping moving vehicles and other gear between farms, if required.


Qualifications and Skills


Applicants should meet the following requirements:

  • Safety Commitment: Adherence to safe work practices is crucial, food safety qualifications highly regarded
  • Cooking Experience: Prior experience in catering for groups/teams in a safe and reliable manner
  • Communication:Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Driver's License: A current ‘C’ class (manual) driver’s license is required

FULL TIME

PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY


Looking for something more long-term?

Our main priority at the moment is to fill our seasonal harvest positions, however we are looking for a full-time employee to start in 2027. The permanent role would predominantly involve spraying as well as all the other aspects in a farming year such as spreading, harvest operations and assisting with soil amelioration, earthworks and other general farm work throughout the year. Accommodation provided on farm. Please make note on your application if this is something you’re interested in.
