Each year for the busy periods of seeding and harvest we require additional staff. It's a great experience, you meet new people plus you learn life-long skills that set you up for employment in similar industries anywhere in the world. The hours can be long but we look after you with accommodation on farm and most meals supplied when working. Hourly rates are negotiable depending in skills and experience.

We require two experienced tractor drivers/farm hands for seeding.
Starting mid-April, employees must be able to continue until the end of seeding (approximately mid-late May).
Our property is located 30 minutes from the beautiful coastal town of Esperance.
As part of your employment you may be required to do:
- Seeding
- General Farm Work
- Maintenance work on machines and around the farm
For seeding you will be on opposite shifts, working 12-hour shifts while, 6 days per week, while seeding.
Hours will be less when not actually seeding. Shifts are from 'midnight to midday' and 'midday to midnight'.
Applicants for this role will require-
· Commitment to safe work practices
· Strong attention to detail
· Machinery operating experience
· General mechanical skills for daily machine servicing
· Excellent English and good communication skills
· Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
· Physically able to carry out all requirements of the position
· Be adept with technology
· Current driver’s license (HR licence desirable)
The following would be a distinct advantage-
· Trimble auto steer experience
· Knowledge of CTF (Controlled Traffic Farming)
· Previous farming experience
· Desire to further develop a career in agriculture
We provide accommodation on farm. Lunch & dinner provided during seeding period.
Pay rate starts at $35 per hour depending on experience.
A vehicle is supplied for work purposes.
Our farm is a non-smoking workplace.
